This Terms of Use is a working framework published while Our Life Pack is in development. It has not been reviewed by an attorney, it is not a binding agreement, and it will be replaced by a final version before the app is released. Questions can go to [email protected].

1. About this draft

This framework outlines the topics the final Our Life Pack Terms of Use will cover. Our Life Pack is a Wolfpack Byte product provided by Crème Mind AI LLC. The app is not yet available, and no agreement is formed by reading or using this website.

2. Accounts

The final terms will describe eligibility, account creation, keeping your sign-in secure, and how accounts can be closed.

3. Your content

  • You keep ownership of the photos, videos, voice memories, and notes you add.
  • Adding your media to someone else’s Life Pack does not transfer ownership of your originals to them or to us.
  • The final terms will describe the limited permissions we need to store, sync, and display your content to the people you choose.

4. Sharing and contributions

You are responsible for what you choose to share and for having the right to share it. People you invite act within the role you give them. Revoking access cannot remove copies someone already legitimately saved.

5. Acceptable use

The final terms will prohibit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content and conduct, and attempts to access other people’s accounts or Life Packs without permission. Public Stories published through Creator features will be subject to reporting, blocking, and moderation.

6. AI features

AI features provide suggestions and drafts that you review. They will not delete media, publish content, or change permissions on your behalf. AI output may be imperfect, and you decide what to keep.

7. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Planned plans and prices are shown on our pricing page and may change before launch. The final terms will cover subscriptions, renewals, trials, cancellations, refunds, and storage-limit and downgrade handling, including a grace period before cloud-only content becomes eligible for deletion.

8. Changes and availability

The final terms will describe how we communicate changes to the service and to these terms.
